Who is Meet Kevin?
Meet Kevin’s real name is Kevin Paffrath. He was born in Germany in 1992 and lives in the USA and has an active YouTube channel where he discusses real estate and investing.
Paffrath’s work as a real estate broker and landlord has been featured in Forbes, Business Insider, MarketWatch, and other publications. He has also been interviewed by media outlets such as CNBC and Fox News.
In 2018, Paffrath launched a YouTube channel called “Meet Kevin” where he gives advice on various topics related to real estate investing and landlord-tenant law. The channel has amassed over 18 million views as of 2019.
Paffrath is also the author of two books: “The Landlord’s Playbook: A Guide to Maximizing Profit and Minimizing Risk” and “The Tenant’s Playbook: A Guide to Renting and Leasing.”
Paffrath was able to get his real estate license in 2010. Kevin and his wife then purchased a condemned house and renovated it. After repairing and flipping several more properties, Paffrath ventured into multi-family real estate investing.
In 2012, he founded Haus, a real estate investment and management company that now owns and operates rental properties in several states across the U.S.

Meetkevin.com is a new way to manage your stock alerts, and it has the potential to be a great tool for traders and busy professionals looking to get some basic stock investment info.
However, there are some areas that need improvement, such as the user interface and the lack of features. Overall, meetkevin.com is a promising service that should be worth checking out if you’re looking for an easier way to manage your alerts.
