Insider Alert is a new investment newsletter from Alex Green, the Chief Investment Strategist of The Oxford Club.
This newsletter claims to have the “insider information” on which stocks are about to take off.
But does this newsletter really have the goods, or is it just another pump and dump scheme?
In this review, we’ll take a close look at what Insider Alert is all about and see if it’s worth your time (and money).
I’m a real member of Insider Alert and I previously wrote a complete review here.
Sidenote: LuxAlgo is a fantastic indicator system that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Who Is Alex Green: Chief Investment Strategist of The Oxford Club
Alex Green is the Chief Investment Strategist of The Oxford Club, an international organization of over 80,000 investors.
He’s also the editor of three investment newsletters: The Oxford Communique, The Insider Alert, and Successful Investing.
In addition to his work with The Oxford Club, Green is also a regular contributor to CNBC, Fox Business News, and Bloomberg Television.
So what does all this mean? Essentially, Green is a pretty big deal in the world of investing. He’s not some no-name hack trying to make a quick buck off of unsuspecting investors.
This experience and credentials give him a lot of credibility in the investment world. So when he launches a new newsletter like Insider Alert, people tend to sit up and take notice.
He’s not some random guy trying to sell you a get-rich-quick scheme – he’s a legitimate investment expert with a proven track record.
This doesn’t mean that his newsletter is guaranteed to be successful, but it does give it a lot more credibility than most other investment newsletters out there.

Alex Green’s Insider Alert Review: Is Insider Alert a Scam?
No, Insider Alert is not a scam. It’s a legitimate investment newsletter from a credible investment expert.
That said, there’s no guarantee that it will be successful. past performance is not indicative of future results, and Green’s recommendations may not always make money.
So if you’re thinking about signing up for Insider Alert, just remember that there are no guarantees. You could make money following Green’s recommendations, or you could lose money.
Alex Green’s Insider Alert Review: Track Record
Green has been involved with The Oxford Club since 1999, and he’s been the editor of Insider Alert since its launch in 2003.
Over the years, Green has made a lot of investment recommendations. And while some of these recommendations have been successful, others have not.
For example, in 2008 Green recommended that investors buy shares of Lehman Brothers. Obviously, this was not a good idea, as Lehman Brothers filed for bankruptcy shortly thereafter.
Green also recommended Bear Stearns in 2007, just before it was acquired by JPMorgan Chase.
So while Green has had some bad calls, he’s also had some good ones.
For example, in 2009 Green recommended that investors buy shares of General Motors. This turned out to be a great idea, as GM stock has since tripled in value.
Green also recommended Ford Motor Company in 2009, just before it embarked on a turnaround that has made it one of the most successful automakers in the world.
So while Green’s track record is far from perfect, he has made some very successful investment recommendations over the years.

Alex Green’s Insider Alert Review: Pricing
Insider Alert costs $149 per year. This may seem like a lot, but it’s actually quite reasonable when you compare it to other investment newsletters.
For example, Jim Cramer’s Action Alerts PLUS costs $250 per year, and Larry Swedroe’s The Buckingham Family of Funds costs $995 per year.
So when it comes to pricing, Insider Alert is actually quite a bargain.
