This method, most commonly known as the Money Press Method Guide, is a stock market guide that teaches you how to make consistent profits from it.

This guide specializes in options trading.
A stock option (also known as an “option”) is a contract between two parties that gives the buyer the right to acquire or sell underlying stocks at a specified price and timeframe.
You should think of it as an “insurance” for your stock portfolio, protecting you from losing your money if the value of a specific stock drops.
Options may also be purchased and sold in much the same way as equities are moved about on the open market.
The guide comes in the form of a PDF document, which you can download and read on your computer or mobile device.
It is packed with information, yet it is still easy to understand and follow.

What I Like About Money Press Method
One of the things I like about this guide is that it is not a “get rich quick” scheme.
Preston is very upfront about the fact that stock market trading is a risky business, and he doesn’t try to sugarcoat it.
He also provides a risk management strategy that you can use to protect your capital.
This is something that I think is very important, especially for new traders.
Another thing I like about the Money Press Method is that it is not limited to options trading.
Preston also provides information on other types of stock market trading, such as day trading and swing trading.
This makes the guide a great resource for anyone who is interested in learning more about the stock market.

What Exactly is The Money Press Method?
The Money Press Method can be difficult for beginners in options trading, therefore I’ll try to simplify it.
The first option contract opened in the Money Press Method is a “weekly option” (an at-the-money put) and will continuously be sold by you every week.
At the same time, you buy a longer dated put (with a strike price that is typically 3-4 months out in time) will be used as a form of “protection” against any losses incurred by the weekly sold put. This is referred to as “options spreads”, and it’s a typical technique for most options traders.
The idea is that if the stock goes down the protection put will go up in value thus offsetting any losses from the sold weekly put.
This means that if the stock goes up, down or sideways there is the potential to profit!
The “Money Press Method” is a more formal name for what is often known as “Poor Man’s Covered Call.” It works in the same way.
What is the cost of the Money Press Method?

However, this is intended as an upsell to Preston James’ real online course and alerts program, the Weekly Options Windfall (W.O.W).
W.O.W sells for $997 per year (or $129 per month).
James Preston Money Press Method (W.O.W): What Do You Get?
You get Preston’s trade alerts, handed to you on a silver platter via his “Weekly Windfall Updates”. You get to follow along with the weekly options trades Preston does, including his weekly tweaks and adjustments. These are the spread trades discussed above.

James Preston Money Press Method (W.O.W): Does it work?
Well, my first impression after joining is that there is a lot of great education on the Money Press Method. They do a great job explaining the strategy and in principle it seems solid.
However, a couple of red flags showed up for me. First, there is a complete track record of the trades all the way back to 2011 which is amazing. However, I am a little concerned that there is no P/L track record whatsoever – if they kept a track record of all the trades why would they not have a column for P/L on the individual trades and/or for the year?
There are some bold claims made that you can make up to 10% a month or so with this method. However, no proof is shown.
Selling puts at the money (even with the bought protection put) can be very risky and lead to some huge losses if the trade goes against you quickly.
The chatroom seems to have a few people that aren’t happy with the service but that is to be expected with any service. It’s also impossible to know if others have voiced their concerns but have been censored by the mods.
Technically you only need a minimum of $5k to do the Money Press methods, but in reality you need more like $25k to comfortably trade it.
The biggest risk with the Money Press strategy is if the underlying stock drops below the strike of your bought put (the ‘protection). In this case the weekly ATM sold put will be deeply underwater and the protection won’t be enough to keep the loss manageable.
Money Press Method Review by Preston James: Conclusions
The bottom line is that the Money Press Method is a great guide for anyone who wants to learn more about stock market trading.
Preston James is a very experienced trader, and he does a great job of explaining things in a way that is easy to understand.
If you are serious about making money from the stock market, then I would highly recommend this guide.
