TradeStockAlerts Review
I recently came across this stock alerts service that has some bold claims on their website. I normally just ignore sites that advertise ‘600% gains’ etc.
However, this time the site was recommended by a member of my Stock Alerts Facebook group. I know this guy quite well and I know he is not someone that is easily pleased by alerts services.
The stock alerts service he was recommending is called TradeStockAlerts.com. The site is run by a guy called Evan. I subscribed to the services and trade them daily.
Who is Evan O’Hara?
Evan was an art teacher for 7 years. He also taught private guitar lessons. He started selling guitar lessons on DVD through amazon and after a few years of doing it, his income was more than he was making teaching.
So he decided to do that full time; however, DVDs became less popular with online streaming coming out.
Evan found trading worked well for him. Now currently making a living through trading, amazon, and alert website. Evan lives in Indiana and has 3 kids and married to a wonderful wife. Also, he mentioned that time is more valuable than money.
Evan only trades for about an hour a day.
What Does The Service Offer?
There are actually three services. You can subscribe to them monthly or all three for a year.
Real Subscriber Results
I’ve traded several of the penny alerts that Evan sends out around 3:40 ET every day. So far, my results have been pretty good. I typically don’t hold them overnight. I usually sell for 3% – 10% on an after hours pop. To date, I have a 100% success rate doing this.
I really liked the fixed time alerts at the end of the day!
My friend John holds the stocks overnight. Here are his results since December. Overall, he is very profitable with the service.

Overall, this is a really good track record. A little volatile though, which is what you would expect with this style of trading.
One of the most challenging things is that you have to be able to judge where to set a limit sell order for the Penny alerts. If you aim too high, you might not get out for a profit or even take a loss.
Here are some of the indicators I used (example is AAPL) to help guide these trades.
My Recent Trades with TradeStockAlerts
I have only been a member for a few weeks now but so far this service is really good. I only trade the end of day penny stock alerts where Evan picks 1-3 stocks to buy before the close and hold into after hours. Here are the last few alerts…
1/27/2021: $NAKD 1.2, $CTRM .48
1/28/2021: $SNDL .89, $GTE .625, $GHSI .89
You can see that you get very little info about the stocks or the reasons behind the picks. Just the price Evan bought at and the ticker.
$NAKD and $CTRM on the 27th doubled overnight for me! I made about $5,000 overnight with them – crazy!
The 28th stocks were all winners for me, with $GHSI being particularly impressive – 30 minute hold into after hours and this happened…
Conclusions: TradeStockAlerts Review
My experience so far with this service is quite good. While I have only been playing the Penny Stock alerts (single trade a day at 3:40pm), I have had very consistent small wins every day.
The pricing structure that is in place is quite interesting. The yearly subscription is MASSIVE VALUE compared to the monthly subscriptions. This is most likely an intentional pricing strategy (i’m fine with that!).
The benefit of the monthly is that you do get a 7-day free trial, which you don’t get with the yearly.
My only issue with the service is the lack of any explanation for entering the trade. You just get the tickers, price Evan is in at and a rough suggestion to how you might want to split your account between the positions.
I hope this TradeStocksAlerts review was helpful! Check the TradeStockAlerts service out here.
